Frequently Asked Questions

  •  I've received my order and there is a problem. What can I do? -Please send us an email to samw@directsave.ca with your contact information and specify the problem with your order. We will gladly take care of the issue. 

  •  I want to exchange an item. -  Please bring your items and the exchange form to Michelle Barnes in HR. Garments must be unworn, unwashed with no alterations to the garment. Garments received more than 3 months prior are not eligible for return.

 

  • I'm having trouble logging in  -Try resetting your password and logging in again. If the problem persists email samw@directsave.ca for assistance.

  • How long before my point allowance is added to my account?  -Instantly. Your team member allowance credit is added to your account as soon as you sign up. New year allowances are added the first week of January.
    **Electricians 100 points will be added immediately and the balance within 24 hours** Or you may call Directsave or email samw@directsave.ca and we will add them immediately. 

       

      • How Long will my order take? - All orders take approximately 10 business days to complete. 

      •  How do I apply my points (allowance) - Please select the APPLY STORE CREDIT button above the checkout button.

      • Is Rush service available? -  There is no rush service available on uniform orders. Should you require a rush, please contact us and we may be able to accommodate with an item from stock.

      • Where will my order be delivered? - Your order will be delivered to the Oregon Tool factory to your supervisor. Your supervisor will distribute your order to you.  We have a list of all team member departments and supervisors to make sure your order is delivered properly.
       
      • Where is the pickup location? - 
      Oregon Tool Plant Shipping - Your order will be delivered to the Oregon Tool Plant to your supervisor. They will hand it out to you.  We have a list of all team members departments and supervisors to ensure your order is delivered properly.
      Directsave Pickup - Your order can be picked up at : Directsave. 6792 Wellington Road 34. Cambridge, Ontario. 
       
      • I've Spent my allowance for the year, how can I order items? - Simply choose your items and add them to your cart. Checkout and pay online. 

        • I don't want to pay online. - Please visit our showroom to pay in person. The following methods are available in person: Cash, Interac (debit) & Credit Cards. Your order cannot be placed online and pay in person. You must place the order in store.  Orders will not be processed until the overage is paid.
         
          •  I want to place my order and pay the overage upon pickup. -  All orders over the allowance limit must be pre-paid before they will be processed.

           

          • What are your store hours? - Directsave is available for fittings and orders Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 4:30 pm and Friday 8:30am- 3:30 pm           

             

            • Can I have a different colour other than what is shown? - No.  Applicable, approved uniform colours are presented on each item.

            • I have specific needs and the uniform selection online does not meet them. What can I do? - Please send an email with your concerns to samw@directsave.ca and we will source options to meet your needs. Orders of this nature will be processed manually.
